Saw this already earlier today, one of my RL friends essentially did the same thing years ago in high school.  He got alot of respect from myself and others for it, just as I'm sure this kid will too.

He ended up dropping out of school when he was younger but came back. To be honest that is not a bad thing considering he is in a better mind set now.
