How hard did you say the sweeps were hitting for?

I was thinking of getting rid of swelling winds and burning blade, then getting vigilance and overhead slash.

everyone has crap gear now, SMASH.
Still alot of bad marauders/juggs out there, I've see alot that try to smash me when I am half way across the map from them.

Been having good fun with this spec. The extra leap is awesome, and it does comparable damage to overhead slash, but has a short snare, and gap closer.

In dps gear, w/ shield generator.

It was actually a tie... but you can see the ability of the build.

So many trade-offs just for zealous leap. Though I suppose with it you get free blade storms on cooldown rather than every other. I think my spec is slightly better, you just have to use guardian leap as an offensive move, rather than an oh shit button. This is actually quite a tough choice, though with unremitting im not so sure zealous leap is needed as most knocks are going to happen within that 4 second window.

edit: not to mention losing gather strength.

The one thing that makes me skeptical about your spec is the lack of focus dumps. The choice I had was either zealous leap, or overhead slash. I went with zealous leap more with the gap closing part in mind. It was also funny having slingers perched high with their shield, and leaping up to them. I imagine the wtf on their faces.

As a tank I focusing a lot more on interrupts, and knowing that my dps is shot to shit, I act more as a finisher, instead of trying to get a guys from full health.

*Having fun screwing with a healer, other healer is getting low, leap, kill, leap back.*

I'm may try the more standard overhead slash build at some point. That one may actually be the best dpswise, because we actually will have more sinks, and slash will never have to be used.

Don't you use the stack when you use an ability, whether it be blade storm, overhead slash, or slash?

Well yeah, I think youre missing my point though. When you spec this way youre essentially a healer bitch. You burn on the melee that are on the healer youre guarding, when everything of use is on cooldown you leap to their healer and fuck with him, and leap back to yours once your strike and or CC's are back up. Cyclone slash is another dump however low the damage may be, but that isnt your focus. I would rather be shitting focus out my ears than waste 6 (SIX) points for leap thats only situationally useful, again because you already have unremitting.
