RIP Twitch
« on: May 18, 2014, 08:02 PM »

And I disappear, a ghost admidst the combat, preparing to strike.
It was your own fault; You should have paid attention and looked through the lie.
A most confused death, dead before he even knew where I struck from.
Farewell foolish thing.  Know that you have been deceived, as your soul moves on.

There are actually people that truly believe that nothing but good will come of this if it happens.  I'm super jealous of their ignorant optimism. :/

From a viewer's perspective Twitch has always been laggy and featureless with a terrible UI, The mobile "app" was complete garbage on every phone and tablet i've had and the site actively prevented you from using a moble browser to access it to bypass the app.  I'm personally looking forward to Google unfucking Twitch so i can actually use it.  If some shit G+ integration is the price i have to pay, so be it.

Mhm!, twitch has been fucking up for me a lot too, from a viewer's perspective and as a streamer. I used to say " Nahhh twitch loads fine for me", not anymore.

Happiness is when you play a game so well that people call you a hacker.

That's just awesome in so many ways.

Twitch rejected Google's offer and accepted a lower bid from Amazon. That deal is apparently now finalized:

So I'll just assume my Amazon Prime sub will include Twitch Turbo at some point in the future.  I can live with that.

New rules of conduct. Pretty sure this is 100% Artifa's fault.
